What I Do
Once you have negotiated the purchase and sales agreement, my job is to make sure all the working parts keep turning and moving forward toward closing.
- Review documentation to ensure all dates and signatures are complete and accurate.
- Follow up to on any additional documentation required, but not included in original contract.
- Work with agent on list of scheduling duties. Some agents prefer to self-schedule any appointments they need to attend.
- Communicate with appropriate parties the different timelines and responsibilities.
- Provide updates for all parties on a regular basis.
- Work closely the buyer’s lender and escrow companies.
Pricing
Per Closed Transaction:
- Buyer’s side: $395.00
- Seller’s side: $395.00
No fee is charged until the initial home inspection has been completed. If for whatever reason the transaction does not close after the home inspection has been performed, or the inspection was waived, a $275.00 fee will be charged. The full $395.00 is only charged on those files that fund.
